Shipping Policy

1. We strive to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, typically orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days of placing your order.
2. Once dispatched, it may take between 2 - 5 working days for delivery.
3. Please be aware that during Public Holidays and Black Friday, there may be some delivery delays.
4. Orders over R1000 qualify for free shipping, while orders under R1000 will incur a shipping charge which is calculated at checkout.
5. Deliveries to remote areas may have an additional delivery charge.
6. You will receive an automated email with tracking information to monitor your order's status.
7. Our shipping services are available exclusively for physical addresses within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.
8. Delivery times provided are estimates. While we strive to meet these targets, factors beyond our control may occasionally result in delivery delays.
9. Once your address is confirmed, and your order is processed, we cannot accept changes to the specified address and delivery option.
10. We reserve the right to contact customers and arrange alternative delivery methods and timelines for remote delivery addresses. If delivery is not feasible, we may cancel the order.
11. To protect your purchase, our courier will only deliver to the specified address and to you or individuals listed on the delivery notes as authorized recipients. The courier may request proof of identity if specified in the order notes.
12. The recipient will be asked to sign the waybill, confirming that the parcel was received undamaged and in good condition. Proof of ID may be requested for authenticity verification.
13. The customer shall, upon receipt of the delivery, inspect the Products and shall notify Virgin Active Padel Club in writing within two business days of receipt of any shortage, incorrect product, damage or other discrepancy against the invoice. After this period the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the delivery as satisfactory, correct and complete.
14. Virgin Active Padel Club reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and terminate accounts at the company's discretion.
