Virgin Active Padel Club Return Policy

Delivery
At Virgin Active Padel Club, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Here are the key details regarding our delivery process:
- We strive to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, typically orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days of placing your order.
- Once dispatched, it may take between 2 - 5 working days for delivery.
- Please be aware that during Public Holidays and Black Friday, there may be some delivery delays.
- Orders over R1000 qualify for free shipping, while orders under R1000 will incur a shipping charge which is calculated at checkout.
- Deliveries to remote areas may have an additional delivery charge.
- You will receive an automated email with tracking information to monitor your order's status.
Returns & Exchanges
We want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase at Virgin Active Padel Club. To facilitate this, we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy:
- You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
- For item returns with a refund request, we can arrange collection from your address for a R150 return fee, or you may return the item to us through your preferred service providers.
- Please note that rackets, balls, and grips are non-returnable items unless they have a manufacturing default, and gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with all tags and in its original packaging. Any gifts or free items received must also be returned.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Making Returns/Exchanges
To initiate a return or log an exchange, please contact us at info@virginactivepadelclub.co.za. Items must be sent back to:

Please note that we do not accept items sent back to us without a prior return request.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you via email regarding the receipt.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items, except in cases where goods are exchanged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as responsibility for items remains with you until received and signed by us.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to address the issue.
The Customer shall, upon receipt of the delivery, inspect the Products and shall notify Virgin Active Padel Club in writing within 2 business days of receipt of any shortage, incorrect product, damage, or other discrepancy against the invoice. After this period the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the delivery as satisfactory, correct and complete.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please be aware that this process may take up to 10Â business days.
