Warranty
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@virginactivepadelclub.co.za so we can assess the issue and advise you on the next steps.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and notify us in writing within 2 business days if the item is damaged, incorrect or there is another discrepancy with the delivery. Rackets, balls and grips are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
